The engraving machine can be used to most CAM programs. For example, Artcam, Type3, MasterCam
and Artgrave. Users design words,signs, 2D&3D scuptures on the those programs,and then save the files
in G code
format.Machine will engrave or cut when G code file has been transferred to CNC
Control System. |

1.Run CAM program. (here is Artgrave)
a) Input words you wanted
b) Decide its size
c) Choose 2D or 3D engraving mode
d) Choosing tool for the words
e) Calculating and getting toolpath
f) Save it in G code format
g) Import G code into CNC control sysyem
2. Operating on the CNC control system
a) fix tool on the engraving head
b) Move engraving head to the original point with the CNC control system
c) Setup feed speed and RPM of spindle
d) Let machine start to engrave

c) Choose port as ouput(serial,LPT), strongly recomand serial port. If computer has only USB port,
converter from USB into serial is needed to use.

The plotter is compatible with most CAD Garment software, and can generate HPGL instruction. When
pattern design has been finished, it can be saved in PLT format. |
| · How the plotters make a garment sample? |
Generally speaking, in order to save the material’s cost, when layout page of cloth, they will put the
material
into a length of 10m cloth page, it is sure that the accuracy of working size. Output size is often a page of
30mm—50mm, then the garment plotter’s feed system will depend on the length of paper to continue or
not,
In this way, SYHY Garment plotter can up to the accuracy of 30m to make sure that the machine will not
pulling to one side |
